Policy
To make a reservation an initial non-refundable deposit
is required.
If a cancellation or change of date occurs the initial
depsoit will NOT be refunded.
Rentals of china, glassware, linen or
tents will require a DAMAGE DEPOSIT upon receipt of goods.
The deposit is a minimum of 25% and will be refunded
within 7 days after all applicable rentals are returned in good condition.
Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from
this deposit.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt and
contact us immediately to report any missing or damaged items.
Failure to notify us may result in charges.
Order quantities should be finalized 2 weeks BEFORE your function.
If your order is being delivered, please arrange
to have full payment to us a day or two before your function.
An order cannot leave the store unless payment has
been made.
A minimum cleaning charge of 25% will be made on
dishware and flatware not returned rinsed clean.
The responsibility for the equipment remains with
the lessor from the time of delivery until the time of return.
Please be sure that the equipment is secured when
not in use, and protected from the weather.
Charges for missing, chipped or broken items will
vary depending on the item.
We have made every effort to have all the information
correct on the web page.
Should there be a difference between the web page
and the store pricing the store pricing will be the one used.
